Guards! Guards! (Sign Up Here!)

Read the script here!

Here there be dragons… Long thought to be extinct, a superb specimen of draco nobilis (“Noble Dragon” for those who don’t understand italics) has appeared in Ankh-Morpork.  It’s up to Captain Vimes, a new recruit from the mountains named Carrot, the rest of the Night Watch, and other brave citizens to restore order to the Discworld’s greatest city before it’s burned to a crisp. With a lot of laughs and a lot of heart, “Guards! Guards!” is a wonderful mix of comedy and fantasy that is sure to be a blast.

Muggle Quidditch (Sign Up Here!)

Quidditch, a sport in the Harry Potter books, has inspired many people to play Muggle Quidditch, also known as Ground Quidditch, a non-magical (but yet, oh so magical) version of the game. As it is adapted from the game in the book, people have made many different versions.  We have a very straightforward version that emphasizes fair play and teamwork! But just because we aren’t flying doesn’t mean it won’t be a sweaty, athletic, magical experience! Last year’s debut was a smash success and we hope to add more teams this year! This class will culminate in the 2nd Chicago Muggle Quidditch Cup where we will be given the option to test our skills against other youth teams!
